Do I need glue to apply Lash Ribbons?
It depends on the type! Our Pre-Glued lashes need zero glue — just press and squeeze onto your natural lashes. Our Lash Ribbons and Pre-Styled lashes do require a lash bond. We recommend our Ultimate Bond or Extreme Bond for the best results.
How long do they last?
Our pre-glued lashes last 7–10 days, and our lash ribbons applied with bond can last up to 14 days. Longevity depends on your application method and how well you prep your natural lashes — make sure they're completely oil-free before applying. You can sleep and shower in them!
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied and removed correctly. Our lashes are designed to be gentle on natural lashes. All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
I'm a complete beginner — which lash should I start with?
We always recommend starting with our Pre-Glued No Faff Lashes — they're the easiest lash in the world to apply. No glue, no mess, just press and squeeze. Our Starter Kits are also perfect as they include everything you need to get started.
Can I wear them to sleep and in the shower?
Yes! That's one of the things our customers love most. Once applied correctly, you can sleep, shower and live your life in them. We do recommend avoiding steam and water for the first 24 hours after application for the best bond.
Are Lash Ribbons reusable?
Yes — and this is one of the biggest advantages of our Lash Ribbons! After wearing, simply clean them with Isopropyl Alcohol and they can be reused over and over again, making them incredible value compared to salon extensions. Pre-Glued lashes are single use by nature but are extremely affordable as a result.
What is Seal 'Em and do I need it?
Seal 'Em is our finishing product for Lash Ribbons applied with bond. If your bond feels sticky after application, a small amount of Seal 'Em reduces that stickiness and also improves the longevity of your lashes. It's not needed for Pre-Glued lashes.
What size should I choose — 10mm, 12mm or 14mm?
10mm — Natural everyday look, great for smaller eyes or a subtle finish.
12mm — Our most popular length, perfect day-to-night wear that suits most eye shapes.
14mm — Dramatic and glam, perfect for nights out or special occasions.
How do I remove them?
Pre-Glued lashes are super easy to remove — the pre-glued bond gently peels away from your natural lash without any remover needed and with no lash fallout. Lash Ribbons applied with bond are best removed using our Remove 'Em lash bond remover — apply a small amount along the lash line, wait a few seconds and they will gently slide off.
