Do I need glue to apply Lash Ribbons?
It depends on the type! Our Pre-Glued lashes need zero glue — just press and squeeze. Our Lash Ribbons do require a lash bond. We recommend our Ultimate Bond or Extreme Bond for the best results. Our Starter Kits include everything you need!
How long do they last?
Our pre-glued lashes last up to 7 days, and our lash ribbons applied with bond can last up to 14 days. Make sure your natural lashes are completely oil-free before applying. You can sleep and shower in them!
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied and removed correctly. Our lashes are designed to be gentle on natural lashes. All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
I'm a complete beginner — which lash should I start with?
We always recommend starting with our Starter Kits — they include everything you need in one box. Alternatively our Pre-Glued No Faff Lashes are the easiest to apply with no glue needed — just press and squeeze!
Can I wear them to sleep and in the shower?
Yes! Once applied correctly, you can sleep, shower and live your life in them. We do recommend avoiding steam and water for the first 24 hours after application for the best bond.
Are Lash Ribbons reusable?
Yes! After wearing, simply clean them with Isopropyl Alcohol and they can be reused over and over again. Pre-Glued lashes are single use but extremely affordable as a result.
What is Seal 'Em and do I need it?
Seal 'Em is our finishing product for Lash Ribbons applied with bond. If your bond feels sticky after application, Seal 'Em reduces that stickiness and improves longevity. It's not needed for Pre-Glued lashes.
What size should I choose — 10mm, 12mm or 14mm?
10mm — Natural everyday look, great for smaller eyes.
12mm — Our most popular length, suits most eye shapes.
14mm — Dramatic and glam, perfect for nights out.
How do I remove them?
Pre-Glued lashes gently peel away from your natural lash without any remover needed and with no lash fallout. Lash Ribbons are best removed using our Remove 'Em lash bond remover — apply a small amount, wait a few seconds and they will gently slide off.
