Unfortunately due to recent changes in import and taxation duties now payable, this has reflected on a significant increase in our overseas postage.  Whilst we ensure that all the relevant documentation is completed fully, some countries may apply additional import duties/charges - this is completely out of our control and we are not liable for these taxes, these must be paid by the recipient in order for the parcel to be released for onward delivery.  If payment is not made, the parcel will eventually be returned to us.  Upon receipt of the returned parcel, we will in turn issue a refund, minus the postage charge, however, if you wish for the parcel to be resent then there will be an additional postage fee.

If you are unsure of the applicable charges then please check with your relevant customs office as charges differ greatly from country to country
