Orders placed before 3.30pm will be despatched the same day with Royal Mail.   The delivery periods stated below are from date of despatch.   Please note we do not work weekends therefore any orders placed after 4pm on Friday, will not be despatched until the following Monday.

IMPORT DUTIES/CUSTOMS CHARGES

Whilst we ensure that all the relevant documentation is completed fully, some countries may apply import duties/charges - this is completely out of our control and we are not liable for these taxes, these must be paid by the recipient in order for the parcel to be released for onward delivery.  If payment is not made, the parcel will eventually be returned to us.  Upon receipt of the returned parcel, we will in turn issue a refund, minus the postage charge, however, if you wish for the parcel to be resent then there will be an additional postage fee.
