DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS OUR LASHES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR THE INCORRECT PRODUCT HAS BEEN DESPATCHED
As our lashes are handmade there may be slight differences, although not very noticeable. This is not a fault.
Goods returned in an un-saleable condition, i.e. worn/soiled/cut will not be accepted and returned immediately to sender.
Any application for a refund must be made within 14 days of delivery and a Returns Form will be issued, along with a Returns Number. This form must accompany the goods stating the reason for return and the item(s) returned within 14 days by Recorded Delivery, without exception. Lash Ribbons follows the UK Government legislation of Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.
If returning items from outside the UK please ensure these are marked clearly stating "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" and "RETURNED GOODS" otherwise import duties will be applicable and we will refuse delivery of the parcel.
